Before your pet comes to stay with us we will send you a basic questionnaire and then organise a meet and greet in our home.

Pet Photography
Sarah has been a professional photographer for over 23 years, working for many regional and national newspapers. She went freelance in 2015 and then started working in in pet care in 2018, dog walking for a local business.
Her photography business got extremely busy after lockdown in 2020 so she did less and less dog walking but changed to dog boarding, working for the same company.
Her partner Steve often works from home meaning the dogs are never left for more than three hours at a time when Sarah goes out to photograph anything with doors or paws. Discounted rates are given to any customer who boards their dog(s) with us.
Did we mention we also train dogs ?
Sarah and Steve have their own dog Domino so if you want your dog to stay with us they will need to be introduced at the meet and greet to make sure they get on well together. Domino is very laid back but will soon put a dog in its place if it annoys her too much.
Sarah also helps as a volunteer trainer at Trent Valley Dog Club teaching up to Gold Level in the Kennel Club Good Citizen Scheme.
She joined them 2016 where she primarily went to take part in Flyball with Domino. She went on to pass her KC GCDS Assessments and occasionally took part in agility.
In 2024 when the secretary of the club suddenly passed away she went on to join the newly formed committee becoming their PR / Media Officer in addition to training the dogs.
Steve also helps out in the flyball team as well as anything else that the club needs help with.
